reasons: AMD is ok, but i dont like phenom. I feel that your performance wouldnt be enough for smooth gaming on the monster screen, at least by my standards. i'm fussy like that.

I would say 7/10. Good amount of ram and the two monitors are pretty good too.

Thanks,
I guess I didnt understand the concept about rating......
I assumed it basically applied to how well that "platform" was utilized.....

ie.... a skt 478, 939 ect.....

Thought i'd pretty much maxed out, except for having full water cooling

l8tr,

l8tr,
theres no real rules on the ratings, each person does it differently.
For me, noise and efficiency matter - if you had a Q6600 and 2x 8800 ultras but only watched .avi files on it, i'd give you a crap score for the waste.

LOL! Hat where's your specs? Are you planning on changing something?

Yeah, rocketfish's products really aren't too too bad. Just stinks when you can't order off newegg when your only PC is down.

Thanks,
I gotta tell ya it's kinda messy!
http://forums.techpowerup.com/showth...414#post657414

It starts there, and a couple pages of other pics, but I will get it cleaned up soon.

4:30am to 5:30pm really sucks!!, but its a job

I'm still gonna work on the "flow", but for now it's working pretty well.
Got 2 alum mesh filters and 2 line volt drop plugs to put on the 2 Kaza's, then I can get the HardCano 9 back out.{too messy and way too many wires!!}

Thinking of getting 1 of the harddrive cage fans to move the 2 SATA drives, but havent decided which, the CoolerMaster of the Thermaltake, but both have 120mm fans.

Thanks, I guess I also need to remember that it's the fun of it also!
I did download COD4, and at stock clocks on the Bliss, and just 212FSB, it seemed to run really smooth, and had all the graphics except "corpse's" maxed out.

This system is kinda like what wizzard0003 over at Abit forum said in a Bliss thread, that it was just to see what he could get out of the setup for performance.

I kinda think, and hope that i've did a pretty good job, since it's been alot of trial and error and a bunch of money.

1 thing that seems apperant, is that this setup is outside of the norm, for example the really fast 2x1024 OCZ DDR500 EBPT's, even super timed at 2.3.2.6, didn't give the performance, as the "older" 4x512 OCZ 3200 "ELPT's".
The main reason was to have PAT enabled, which the EL's got me back.
It was another costly investment, but it showed me, and others that sometimes thing's just dont workout as it "should" be expected.

8.75/10 - you really only need more CPU OC. then you got the balls to game at 1080p on that TV.
