FBS broken???

Hello there, I got a little prob here on my old PC.

For a while now, my FBS doesn't want to run on 133/33MHZ.
When I select it, he just detects 124/31 (which is one of the options I can select in the bios)

On 100MHZ, everything runs fine, but on 133 I can't even run the dxdiagn. directdraw or direct3d

Since I had an old Athlon 1.2, I just ran it on 12x

However, now I installed an 2000+ (which is only detected as a 1900+) and ofc,
the old problem remains.

I already did a biosflash a while ago, I checked the ram, did a format, run@bios-safemode,
installed other displaydrivers

My system is:

2000+
1.5GB SDRAM (3X512)
standard xp-cooling (gets to 54C@load on 133MHZ)
300W supply
KT7A / VIA KT133 rev.1.0 (Abit says it doesn't support XP, but don't mind that crap, Abit sucks, they pulled just one of their hoax)

The KT133 only supports up to 100 fsb. The XP 2000 is 133 so you will have to underclock the fsb for it to work.

Dont ask me why it doesnt run up to 133 MHz even though its in the name, VIA is jsut strange like that.

thnx, seems like I'll have to mod the CPU/mobo a bit to force it to an higher multiplier.

but since I have no real clue about HOW to do it by just reading the text, I'll make it a project for during the summervacation.

btw, the site is restricted, luckly I just found enough sites by using his name in google
