1gb 2900xt atitool crash

HI all, just reporting that atitool beta2 dont work on this card

I get the following crash:



previous versions just dont do anything as reported by others, no clocks etc. I really need access to voltage control coz i want to overclock and adjust the voltages

plz Wiz lemmi know if there is a solution

btw, thnx for a great tool

I have a friend that has an HD 2900XT and is using the new version of ATI Tool, however she has the 512mb version but that shouldnt really make a difference...

I have exactly the same problem. Started fine in the beginning but after two days it stopped.... even the logfile is the same as yours....

Hi,

Same here sapphire hd 2900xt 7.8 cats is incomptible with ati tool.........it crashes the VGA everytime. I've tried everything: drivers only, drivers and CCC, etc etc...........this piece of soft is frustrating (even though it gives better control than amd gpu tool-less guess work)

same problem here with sapphire hd2900xt 512mb. I tried only with driver 7.9 and 7.10. Hope in some solution soon.

System Specs

Same here:
Sapphire HD 2900 Pro 1GB -> Flashed to XT

Cat 7.10 with CCC running

Start ATITool... takes a minute or two for the dialog to appear and it doesn't paint completely... Non responsive so I killed the process.

Exited CCC, same result.

I'm sad
