Is it good to run Everest while gaming?

Would this program reduce performance in-game while running in the background? I notice its using around 17,000K mem usage, which isn't a lot, but it isn't ideal either.

I doubt you'll notice it unless you're really low on memory and need tat 17MB.

Yeah i didnt think so, i just wanted to be sure since i've had a few performance issues since installing Everest but i doubt they are related.
