Athlon 64 3200 w/ Asus A8V Delux inital set up question
Hi guys, i'm new here. I recently picked up an Asus A8V Delux mobo, and was looking to pair it up with an Athlon 64 3200+. Now the Venice Core came out a couple months ago, will the Asus A8V Delux have any problems running the Venice core? Will i need to flash the bios to update it for the Venice? I've heard this has happened with other Asus boards, and they had to use an older processor to flash the bios first, then pop in the newer processor with the Venice core. I'm wondering if i'll have to do this. I'm hoping not, because i don't have another processor that will fit that mobo lying around. Any help you guys can give me would be great. Thanks!

Check the Asus website about compatibility and what BIOS version the board comes stock with.
