will my psu handle new 8800gts ?

ordered a new 8800gts, cant upgrade this psu this month im not bothered about having enough power for future upgrades when that time comes ill get a new psu anyway just wondering does anyone think ill run into any problems with my current specs and my 8800gts ? (specs on left)

Might be pushing it. I Don't see why it wouldn't hold you off until you can afford a better one. Might have to back down overclock a little.

EDIT: If worse comes to worst, you could always just buy one of those AUX psus.

my mate runs his 8800GTS on his 430w thermlake so you should be fine

i thought as much anyway with 30a on the 12v rail just wanted to check (id run it anyway and find out for myself no matter what ppl said tbh) im not looking to keep this psu past any other upgrades anyway as anything more such as a q6600 or 8800gtx etc i think wouldf jusat be asking too much but if it can handle my current rig then im happy, although i know its going to be an issue in the future at which point i know i would have to get a better one anyway as long as it does me good with my 8800gts then im happy.

i have a 435w hiper (hpu-4s435-pk) and it coped with my amd rig and an 8800, its has 2 16a rails though

mine would prolly give better combined amps as i have 1x12v rail w 30a

if you start getting strange freezes and pauses during gaming drop your oc till you find it stops.
