Question 1GB Mushkin HP3200 DDR400 memory

Am new to this forum and want to ask a question. I just bid and won 1GB Mushkin HP3200 DDR400 memory and it has latency 2 with timings of 2-3-3. What does all this mean. I have been outta this computer building etc. for a while. Can anyone out there help me out. I did some research but still am lost.
Thank you in advance.

T2 ? I thought it should have T1...Other than that the timings are nice....However in DDR400 most kits have the same latency.

he means CAS latency

all those timings deal with how quickly the memory processes requests

There is an article here that helps explain your memory timings.
