Port blocker for Windows

Can anybody recommend a decent (and preferably free ) port blocker for Windows? It seems that Zonealarm is not equipped to do this job.

Zone Alarm does indeed include "Port Blocker" tools. Located in the Firewall section under the "Expert" tab. See ZA Help for instructions on how to add "Expert Rules".
