even though ive heard reports of some 800 kits overclock slightly further than the 1066 kits but if you got some 800's and they clocked duff then atleast with the 1066 is safe where can you get them that cheap from but i risked the 800 G.skill uses the same ram chips but 1066 would sound abit more sensible as the price difference even though with the 1066 it will seem like you have less oc head room but i can run my 800's at 1066 and run 4-4-4-12

Both are overpriced, if your in the UK, 2GB ram sticks are usually around £20-30

edit: prices have gone up, £30-50 for 2GB kits

I'm not a fan of anything other than value ram, I'm a poor student on a budget when I upgrade. I tend to find that value ram can OC well too.

Not sure about the real stuff, but Value Kingston and value Crucials can be had for 20-30 uk pounds

edit: prices have gone up, £30-50 for 2GB kits
