Show actual clock speed of RV6XX cards

GPU-Z 0.1.1 showed the actual clock speed of my Radeon HD 3870, which is lower while the card is idle and higher while the card is performing 3D calculations. In version 0.1.2 this behaviour has been changed:

RV6xx clock reading will now always display high-performance clocks
May it be possible to have the old behaviour back? I would like to know when my card is in which performance mode.
