Peer Guardian or something better
Judgement aside, is there any program that works better than peerguardian at what it does?

A software firewall like Outpost Fire wall Pro or Tiny Firewall as both can be extreamly strict on what is past though ports.
Don't know of any other freeware programs though. ( Then again there is outpost firewall 1.0 lol (32bit only ) |
