Fan speed resumes to default after resuming from standby

Hi
I have changed the fan speed settings of my Radeoon x800xt PE using ati tool, but when I put my computer into standby, upon resuming the fan speeds got to default despite ati tool being loaded. This means that when I shutdown and reboot it still is at default speeds and that I have to manually change them again.

I believe this to be a bug in the software.
