System Specs

Should i raid another drive?

I have one Seagate, one maxtor and one western digital hard drive, 2 x 320gb 1 x 300gb, all 16mb cache.

The Seagate: Barracuda ST3300620AS
The WD: SE16 WD3200AAKS 320GB SATA 3.0Gb
The Maxtor: Maxtor DiamondMax 21 STM3320620AS

i have like 100gb of info though that i need to back up. i just don't know how i would do that.
