Making a Tech Boot Disk...Need help.

So I am planing on making an all-in-one Tech Boot Disk who's sole purpose is to provide effective diagnostics and simple repairs.

The requirements are that the software should be free/open source, or shareware/trial (only if you can start a task and finish it...for example, so recovery software allows you to scan the HDD, but not recovery/pull out and data). The software should be bootable in CD or floppy format.

I guess you can say that I am making a Hiren Boot Disk, but Hiren's disk is a collection of illegal/warez software...

So the help I need from you is what software is out there that is effective and free, that I can implement. Ideally, the software should be small (avoid bootable live linux if possible), so that its easy to distribute and all.

So far I have...

Memory Diag
Memtest86+ v2.01

Hard Drive Diag
MHDD32 v4.6

Data Deletion
Darik's Boot and Nuke 1.0.7

Data Cloning
G4U (Ghost for Unix) v2.3

Data Partition
Cute Partition Manager

Thanks in advance...

Its been done. I believe one of the mods here has his own disk as well.

If I were doing this, I would compile a list of the software on a lot of the already existing diagnostic CD's...

I think the TPU! created version is in the downloads section....

We've used the ultimate boot cd at my work for some Single board computer issues. Worked wonderfully....

There's of course BartPE. Wouldn't surprise me if something else has eclipsed it by now, but if not, it's a good booter.
