P5K and E2200 advice on overclocking

Hi
Im new to overclocking so im unsure what settings are needed ive got myself the E2200 processor after seeing loads post about it being good for overclocking ive seen few posts saying clocked it at 3.2 speeds or more im just after as much power as i can get out of it so its good for games yet i dont want it unstable and crashing.
If anyone can help my system is

E2200 Processor
ASUS P5K-E/WIFI-AP
Corsair 2GB Kit (2x1GB) DDR2 800MHz/PC2-6400
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro
8800GT OC edition 512MB
Arctic Power 700W PSU
