3850 AGP pik request

good day

trying to get a pencil mod going for these cards but a pik is needed of the backside of the card, ive not been able to locate one and i cannot provide a quality pik. i was wondering if someone would be so kind as to post a high/semi high res pik of the back of their sapphire card? so that i can submit it to RandomMurderer for his inspection

many thanx

Hmm, had a look around google images but could not find anything for you Is the PCI and the AGP set out the same? I think wizz did a review on the PCI so could always grab the images he does.

i had a look on google as well myself but was unable to find anything

to me the cards look pretty much the same in the area in question but a pik is needed to confirm

im hoping one of the other 3850agp owners will be kind enough to post up a pik of the back of their card for us

This was the best shot I could get since it is in the case. I took several shots and this one was the least blurry of them all. The pic is of a Powercolor Ag3850! Hope it helps. By the way this is the downsized pic, I can easily email it to someone who wants it but couldn't post since its around 5 megs.

Original images taken with sony Cyber-shot DSC-W90 at 8.1 megapixels (3624x2448), had to recompress images as TPU image hosting wont take files bigger than 2MBs

I hope these helps I think the first one should help you better

I didn't expect this,

it looks like that 3850 has the correct circuitry for software voltage control, could you please post these in W1ZZARDS thread

thats what i thought

horizontal resistor

i already made mention of it in that thread but got no response

i guess i should link him the pix

im a little buisy this aft. and dont have the time to dig up that thread so i guess ill do it after unless someone feels like being nice

i think these cards are pretty damn good (even though mine isnt running ATM)

looks like many options for voltage control, pencil mod looks like a go and possibly this. guess we'll just have to wait and see.......

im trying to get this all into my 3850 where to buy/OC/xperiences/sugg thread.

i realy think they have a lot of potential still and can offer great performance for us AGP guys/gals

What i would like to see is a comparo between the 2 at the same clocks AGP vs. PCI-E
Now that would be interesting.
