Linksys Offers Stylish Wifi Router Designs

Linksys has launched a completely new stylish design for its upcoming routers. The WRT110's layout is very simple, and effective. On the back, there are four 10/100 LAN ports, a WAN port, the reset button, and the power port. On the top toward the front of the router is flat you'll find the LED indicators that show the status of the LAN/WAN ports, the wireless connection and the connection to the Internet, as well as the power. In the middle of those LEDs is the button to initiate Wi-Fi Protected Setup. WPS is a feature that allows for quickly adding a WPS-enabled client to the wireless network without having to manually type in the encryption key.

Ok, this design has been available for a while now. I saw it at Best Buy like a month ago. I personally liked the old design better (minus the purple).

I hate that they went to internal antennas. No more cheap range boosting with antenna upgrades.

No, If i remember right it was the BEFSR41 v1 as i picked it up from Walmart and found out there was newer versions so got the newer one even if it did look horrible compared to the 1st one. Think i remember it being sold under a different name as well.

Netgeaqr used to use the disign to on there hub some time ago not sure if they do today though... None of this melted plastic looking rubbish.
