Need help OCing 9550

Alright, I'm currently unable to OC my 9550, I always thought it was my mobo stopping me because in none of the bios updates did it ever mention support for a B3 stepping, but it did mention support for the tri-core series, which I just read it was released with a B3 stepping, so I don't see why my board couldn't OC my CPU.
The settings I'm using right now are stock, but if I turn off C&Q I can't raise the FSB even to 206 without a BSOD, I've tried lowering my divider, giving more volts to my NB, more volts to my CPU, more volts to my nb, and I even lowered my multi to 10x and raised my fsb to 220 to see if it was my cpu or ram stopping me, everything either results in my board restoring default settings or a BSOD in Vista.
Please help!

I don't think AOD will work for him because his board is a Nvidia chipset rather than a AMD chipset.

That's what I thought too, but I didn't want to say anything and sound anymore stupid in my "Help, I can't OC my CPU" thread. That was why I went straight to Ntune.

Ntune has never really worked for me well, it is buggy as Vanguard

Title changed. Use titles that describe your problem.

I felt that my title pretty well described my problem... this one is just as good though.
