Crossfire connectors?

Can I use either crossfire connector on the card for crossfire, or do I have to use the one closest to the front of the card?

I've actually heard of people only needing one. There was a thread about it.

If you only have one cable, just pick one and try it. It should work.

Just remember:

Install 1st card.
Install Catalyst.
Shut down and install second card.
Allow computer to update.
Enable crossfire.
Shut down and install CF bridge(s).
Boot and test.

Ah, I've just been using the front one, and I just noticed it's a little scratched (dunno how that happened exactly) and have been experiencing some weird errors with my displays, can't quite explain what would happen, but it would be like rows of pixels would shift this way or that way randomly.

I don't think it makes a bit of difference.

They state the only time you would need two connectors would be for running resolutions over 1920X1080.

Yea, I have one LCD @ 1680x1050 and the other at 1280x1024

It's not the bridges, but the actual part of the card.

Switched the bridge to the 2nd connector on card, survived a run of Fur, going to install 3D Mark now and see if they will handle that.
