If that is correct, Everest will never show sli certification, nevertheless sli could work just fine.

I guess I spoke victory too soon, today I got 3 bsod's under MOH in half an hour

I'm running ALL stock clocks/voltages, so don't have a clue what it might be.

What I don't understand is that Vantage is super stable (30+ runs with no errors using 99% gpu/cpu), while this game for example uses only 50%/%50 and it is not 15min bsod free

I'm running 260.99 + 0.9b on 2x460 under w7x64

Bsod's caps:

Any help will be appreciated

Ps: If caps are too big let me know so to resize them

IRQL bsods generally mean ram errors for me. Either not enough voltage, pushed too far, or a bad stick.

Test your ram using a Memtest86+ boot disc. http://www.memtest.org/#downiso

Thanks for your answer Wile E.

I´ve run memtest several times without any errors. Whit 1xvga I'd never had even 1 bsod, nor stock nor overclocked, that is what confuses me. I even changed my 2 sticks to the other 2 free slots, run memtest again, all fine. I'm also prime95, linx, and occt stable (1 hour minimum)

Nom I'm doing the following, all stock clock/voltages instead of ram, I've downcloked and loosed it, from 1600CL7 to 1333CL8, just to see what happens . Today when I get home I will game 1 hour to see how it goes.

Bsod's I get are 50% "IRQL....." and 50% "system service exception"

I'm willing to try anything in order to this AWESOME patch to work flawless on my system, so I'll be trying different things until I (we) could find what is malfuncioning here.

Kind Regards and thanks once again for your help.

Well, new bsod after 5 min playing, I don't know what else to try

This is the first time I get one of this type, with actually no error code and mentioning something about video adapter:

I'm kinda stuck here, running underclocked and still with issues, it must be something related to sli but I don't know what and much less how to solve it

Ps: I do have 20gb of free space.

I gave up on trying to get this to work and just bought a Asus P5N-D for my SLI needs. Thanks for all your work.

Do you have memory hole remapping turned on in your bios? The extra memory space taken up by the second gpu's memory might be causing conflicts.

Hi all from Thailand.
I dont know why but seem that i dont have access to the xdevs web page. Maybe its because of my ISP.
Im really interested in patch up my mobo to enable its SLI technology.
Im currently using :
Gigabyte P55A-UD3P rev 2.0
Core i5 760 @ 3.6GHz
Manli GTX470 @750/1500 mem1700 with 260.99 driver for 64 bits
Raidmax RX-730SS ( im aware that it wouldnt be enough for 2 way SLI for GTX470 but if the patch works, im getting new one! )
running on Windows 7 - 64bits

I wanted to ask you guys a favor to upload the latest SLI patch to other web please? OR if one already existed, please guide me!

Although i still have one GTX470 on hand but if this patch seem to work on my rig, im getting another one and a new PSU soon for sure!

Hope you guys dont mind a foreigner wondering in this great forums!

Thanks in advance

Thanks again for the input Wile E. I searched but I don't have that option in my BIOS

May be this weekend if I have time I will reinstall Win7, just to see if that makes any difference (if does not work I'll try older drivers as well)

I'm NOT willing to give up on this . If it works well for some people, it should work for me too. Also I know devs guys are always looking to get their patch better, so if its a matter of time, I'll wait then

Thanks once again for your kind support . When I get new bsods I'll post them here if that helps enhancing this trully awesome hack

Remove ALL overclocking including any overclock done on your gpu's. See if you get any BSOD's and work from there.

Thanks for your tip JrRacingFan, but I already done that, I'm running ALL "vanilla" even with my memorys downclocked (1600CL7 to 1333CL8), so I guess that it is not overclock related

Regards and thanks once again

Edit: New BSOD

This has to be an IRQ assignment conflict.

Is it the mobo listed in your specs?

It might be listed under a different name. Sometimes it's referred to as memory hole, or memory remap, etc., etc. I can't remember what it is in my 2 Intel gigabyte boards. Every once in a while, a manufacturer will list it as PCI hole.

Also, while in the main bios screen, hitting Ctrl-F1 unlocks hidden options (if there are any) on Gigabyte boards. Try that, and if you don't see any option appear for memory remapping.

If not, can you snap a shot of all of your bios pages? Perhaps we can find other options that will help.

Wile E, thanks once again for your kind support.

My mobo is the one listed on my specs (gb-790fxta-ud5). When I get home I will try that "hidden menu", if it is not available I will snap my bios pages. I do not recall seeing anything related to "hole".

Last night I played for hours JB 007 Blood Stone, who uses only 1vga (under sli profile with sli enabled, of course) and not even one issue, and it stressed both my vga and cpu (checking temps in the background), so I guess that may me, just may be, bsod happens more easily when sli is "actively" working (strange though, is that vantage did not gave me any bsod in the last 20 runs (full set)).

Be back here with more info regarding bios options when I get home

Edit 1: I activated the "hidden" menu, only new menu was "Advanced Chipset Options" which its only one option is "SB750 Spread Spectrum", which was disabled and I left it that way. Tonigh when I get my camera back I'll snap bios options.

Edit 2: Didn't get my camera back (and my cheap cellphone takes cra*y pictures), as soon as I get it back I'll post the snaps:

Edit 3: New BSOD while playing LostPlanet2, this time I think it refers specifically to SLI trouble:

If you need any more info don't hesitate to ask it, and if any of the snaps that I'm posting in here could harm sli patch by revealing any of its "secrets", please let me know it in order not to do it again

Thanks as always for your uber kind support!

Hola Lucho.

Saludos y suerte!

Ps: Just asking him if he has tried the "additional boot" option, letting him know that I've have no experience at all under xp but I've read on sli patch homepage that if normal boot option fails, addiotional one must be tried. Also, I told him that if he prefers to go on in spanish, we should move to private messages in order not to "soil" this thread with other language than english, or just continue here but not in spanish.

Kindest Regards to everyone
