Best 775 motherboard for under $250

Okay, I'm RMA'ing a new ASUS PK5 Premium Black Pearl that refuses to boot. I need another new board, but need to keep the price under $250. Just looking for some opinions on the best boards for under $250. Let's limit it to the x38,p35,750i, and 790i chipsets. Oh, and it needs to be DDR2. Thanks guys!

I would probably get a Gigabyte GA X48 DS4
unless you can find a cheap Rampage Formula.

Intel Extreme Series DX48BT2. No other board for $244 + sh gives you X48 + DDR3. And yes, this board does have a decent set of OC options in the BIOS.

They've resolved all memory related issues the X38 based DX38BT had, this supports a broad range of memory, keeping DDR3 1600 as standard, Every LGA775 processor ever made works out of the box.

OK try this one: MSI X48C Platinum. Low ratings were given by people who didn't buy it from Newegg. It's got both DDR3 1600 and DDR2 800 support. Of course, you can use DDR2 1300 too if needed. It's X48 and you can gradually move up to DDR3.
