The same thing happened to me, would always crash in games, even underclocked. I finally had to RMA it. This is the link to their RMA company, it was fairly quick too: http://www.lexycomp.com/company/rma.html I transferred it to word & filled in the blanks, then pasted into the body of an e-mail. Hope that helps.

As Laszlo suggests check your 12v readings for the psu either in everest or any other monitering program you might have, tell us what your idle and load readings are.
I've got a 580w psu and i manage to run 2 of these in crossfire no problems. My 1st card is the turbo version which hits 918mhz core stock voltage, the 2nd is the non turbo but flashed with a turbo bios which works fine upto 877mhz stock voltage. Its unfortunate to hear you can't RMA it. I've flashed my card with the standard bios 777mhz before so that shouldn't be a problem for you.

There's a video card bios collection section, under the databases tab on the front page.
Narrow down the selection using the drop down menus to find what you want, there are quite a few bios's to chose from all from different vendors. Here's one that should be good for you: http://www.techpowerup.com/vgabios/1...12.071017.html

Before you go flashing, have you tried to remove the ICEQ3 cooler and clean the old TIM/paste and apply some quality TIM like MX-2 or Ceramique?
That's what I would do FIRST. Then if I saw no improvement in stability consider flashing to a slower BIOS.
