Lynksys traffic monitoring

I currently use LinkLogger to monitor traffic on my linksys router.
Has anyone found a free (non-expiring) program that does something similar?

Wireshark looks like a nice packet and protocol sniffer for local interfaces, but I am looking for something that can tell me what's going through the router.
