![]() It seems that the 4850 really is bandwidth starved. On my first run I had the memory at 1040, then I raised it to 1135 and my GPU score jumped by 1300. Does this seem low to you? Last edited by bas3onac1d; Aug 25, 2008 at 05:31 AM. |

Attention freaksavior: just to inform you that the actual speed of my CPU OC is 3780. C1E is turned on and it lowers the multi to 6 but if you multiply 420 by 9, you'll reach 3780 MHz.
I'm sorry i didn't say so in the original post but it totally slipped my mind and i just noticed you already updated it.

It's not my 24/7: it's my benching OC only. Speed stepping has the benefit of reducing my power bill, which is why i use it. You may argue "but, if it's for benching only, why turn it on?" and i would say "because, sometimes, i forget i have the OC speed instead of the regular speed". Btw: the correct speed appears in the 3D06 screenie, in the ... 3D06 prog ... Regardless, i'm really sorry for the mix up, dude!

Just broke my record with some higher clocks, I'm still using the others for 24/7, this was just for fun. I might go higher on the CPU but I don't think it'll help the score much. Also, the highest score with a 4850, do I get to brag?
