It is the full version and was shipped straight from Microsoft. I am running the 64-bit version I received also and haven't had a single problem. I could ship overseas, but it would obviously cost a bit more for shipping.

$80 is a tad steep.. a lot of folk won't touch Vista with somebody elses 100ft barge pole. If you were to lower to $60 you would probably find a suck.. err I mean buyer

If your are using the 64-bit version of this with this 32-bit key, it wont do ppl much good. Unless I am misunderstanding?

I got two completely separate versions of Vista, with two different product keys. This will work just a like retail version and is unused and not registered.

When you say shipped straight from Microsoft, do you mean the one that was free through Microsoft?

I think $80 is more then fair. The cheapest I see x32 Vista Ultimate at Newegg is $170, AND that is for OEM. From what I have read here on TPU the free from MS copies of Vista are the equivalent of retail. I am guessing these are the copies we received for participating in the Windows Feedback Program. I did and got both x64 and x32 with seperate keys. I am using x64 and have not used my x32 copy. If I were to sell mine I would most likely sell it for $100 firm (plus shipping). $100 for a retail copy of x32 Vista ultimate is a smokin' deal, and an even better deal is bretts31344 price of $80.

Does it contain all languages (German as well)?

Could you then send me the legit key via email and mail the CD to me as a normal letter?

I would be *VERY* interested ^^

I'm pretty sure all copies of Ultimate support all languages.
