Any issues with using a Nforce M/B with an ATI Card

Hi,

Not sure if this is a stupid question or not but here we go....

I've got an nForce 680i SLI motherboard (see sys specs) and was wondering if I upgrade to a 4850 series gfx card whether it would work as well as an Nvidia card (despite the card not being as good)?

So basically when I think of upgrading will it be OK to switch from Nvidea to ATI or am I now more or less stuck with Nvidia unless I change my M/B

Cheers,
Jasper
