This report seems to be limited with UDMA2(33MB/sec).
Please confirm the device manager.
A-DATA turbo X266 16GB operates by UDMA4 in Japan.

Best Sequential Read: 50.697 MB/sec
Best Sequential Write: 25.820 MB/sec

as far as I know, the CF adapter used is UDMA capable. I have just purchased a different PCIe based adapter and will retest. will let you know and update the review if needed.

It is reported in Japan that it became UDMA4 by fixing the UDMA mode in CMOS setup.
Though it is limited when there is an item in CMOS setup.
Measures when there is no setup item are not found.
It is called "UDMA2 Disease" in Japan.
