Firefox 3 won't remember my logins?

It been happening for a while now, I though since it kinda just happened by itself that maybe it would fix itself but it hasn't.

Its not a setting in the options, I have enable all cookies and what not. It will remember my passwords for sites, but for instance if I check remember me before I login Techpowerup, it won't.

Anyone know why?

do you make it clean up after itself when you exit the browser?

No, like I said there is no obvious reason why it shouldn't remember me for Myspace, TPU, AOL, or any site. I have googled it, but found no answers only more people with the same problem, might just uninstall it.

have you screwed with about:config? Search signon, and make sure that both autofill and remember are on. Theres no reason they would have been changed, but you never know.

Once you re-install, just move the key3 and signons.txt files out of your
"username"\application data\mozilla\firefox\profiles\"profilename"\ folder, and put them into your new folder, it should retain all passwords, but then again it may be those files which are messed up in the first place.

Quick question, do you have the Torbutton extension installed?
