Broke all records for ATI 3Dmark06 on air cooling > p

I don't see any of the top score in the 3K series and 4K series thread getting close to this on air cooling. O_O 3.72 Ghz run System Spec: Q9450 @ 3.72 CPU temp at 38C idle 54C load P5E-Deluxe X48 OCZ 4 GB platinum DDR-1066 Rev.2 @ 930Mhz 2900 XT 1gb x 2 in crossfire 860 core 1000 mem stock coolers Idles at 41C never over 75C on load according to rivatuner and GPUZ OCZ Pro X Stream 1000w PSU Noctua NH-C12P CPU cooler Antec Three Hundred ![]() ![]() 3.6 GHZ run. thats great man, now get some liquid nitrogen and hit 30k hehe. Great job on air. Lets see what my single 512mb version can do when I get my new rad for the water next week. this single fan rad i have cant take the heat of it and CPU together. So i got a koolance rad. hopefully I can hit about 14-15k.

hey 2900xt are really just 3870's with 512bit bus speeds and are no slouches in crossfire at one time they had the world record over 8800 gtxs in sli

the 4K series maynot score that high in 3DM but Synthetic benchmarks are frivolous, games is where the 4K series shines especially when hardware graphics settings are forced, hmm reminds me of a series back in 2002.

well somehow windows won't start anymore so i reformat and put 64-bit on it so i can get to use the full 4 gig of ram.
