decent video software
Hey my daughter is getting into video editing. Games and home movies does anyone know of any good software thats priced reasonable. Reasonable
Also if you can try for free.Shes using trial version of sony vegas pro. Does anyone know if thats good or if theres better out there. I know nothing in this field. |

Vegas Pro is what we use at school (usually full HD editing) It might be a bit overkill depending on how she wants stuff to turn out. Avid Media Composer is good too, I'm not sure how much it costs as I got it for free. All PCs these days come with Windows Movie Maker pre-installed, and I know alot of the lazy dudes at school just do that and their projects turn out fine.

Sorry for double post, but Adobe Premier is also really good and easier to use.
