Nowhere to find ATI X1550 firmware

Hei all!
I have here my frined's ATI card Sapphire X1550, 256DDR2, PCI-e with passive cooling. SKU# 11093-18 and I am trying to find firmware for it to flash. But it seems that no one has that firmware. So can anyone help me with this please? I am ready to try different manifacturere's firmware.
The VCard's problem is when started a black horisontal lines appers - obviously overheated (at least once). If I do not find this file the Crad is going to trash

and I fail.
