**** Bet your GPU Memroy doesn't Reach 19738MHz

Hey guys, I've decided i wanted to * try O/C my GPU on my laptop for the upcoming game Warhammer online.

It is an Asus M50SA
t9300 - 2.5ghz
4 gig RAM
x32 O/S vista - so i only utilise 3 gigs of RAM
GPU - ATI-M HD 3650

Ok the default core/memory from GPU-Z and ATITOOL is 600/400

why has my GPU memory hit almost 20000Mhz?

And whenever in ATI tool i try change it to 630/430 and hit 'save' or 'set clock' the scroll moves down and the numbers halve? so it's 315/215
is that normal?

please help thanks

I would say your laptop is utilizing some sort of power saving measures with your onboard video and this is conflicting with Gpu-Z's reporting of the proper GPU/MEMORY clocks.
