NBA 2K9 coming to PC!!!

I never thought this day would come, EA SPORTS fails us sports fans every year with their PS2 ported garbage, now 2K sports will be bringing the 2K basketball game to PC, they finally realized that EA is not bringing LIVE to PC so they would step in and take over, this is going to be big if true, here are some sites that confirm this news.

Sweet! Its too bad that EA has become the company that it has, they used to be so awesome back in the day before they were solely a profit driven behemoth.

there's no way this game is coming to the pc. if it's true, i'll eat my words. it would be awesome if 2k sports brings APF 2k9 to the pc. i know they cancelled it for the nextgen consoles. the pc is surely lacking sports games.

2k definatley need to come back to the PC market. With how low they price their games, who the hell needs to pirate them?

2k took up the slack that EA caused.

I thought it about it as well, but somethings gotta give, i mean there never has been a time when they made a mistake and listed the 2k sports games for PC by accident, especially ebgames, so im sure it is true.

If this game comes out at $19.99 for the PC with online gaming, every sports fan will have one, with PC's the developer can charge less for the game, because they dont need to pay royalties to sony or microsoft!! PC gaming is the biggest market, bigger and brings in more revenue than any console, check this out

if it's 100% true, then 2k sports is very smart. i don't know what the numbers are, but i'm sure there are as much pc gamers out there as there are nextgen consoles gamers. they can make a ton of profits. lets hope we'll see nhl 2k9, nba 2k9, and maybe, just maybe APF 2k9. i also hope ea doesn't buy 2k. that would be the end of gaming.

MVP baseball was one of the really good sports games EA ever made, wish it was still being made. I wouldnt mind 2K9 baseball on pc tho. You gotta love John miller voice, that guy makes the game feel so real.

ESPN NFL 2k7 was an awesome football game. It's too bad EA gobbled up an exclusive NFL contract. Anyone knows when that contract runs out? I would love to see another 2k football game sometime.

i wish someone would mod nfl 2k5 with updated rosters and maybe some updates to the stadiums. this is by far the best football game besides tecmo bowl.

Codemasters now have the F1 licence to make F1 games on all formats ,but its Codemasters ,they are great at arcade games but not so hot with Sim games ,so not 2 sure how a F1 game would turn out by them ?!?!

i wish simbin would make an F1 game. codemaster has a great engine for grid, but the yellowish color in the game is getting to me. can you imagine playing an F1 in yellowish color. gtr evolution, now that's a game. i can't wait to play it.

Are you kidding me? John Miller is the worst! You can tell even Joe Morgan wants to backhand him sometimes. $19, yikes, i smell ps2 graphics instead of nextgen graphics like 360 or ps3. oh well, i'll get it too just because there are hardly any sports games for the pc. i wish 2k sports would bring apf 2k8 to the pc. why not bring nhl 2k9 to the pc too 2k sports.
