9800 pro problem

I have an ati 9800 pro that artifacts in the bios. Everything on the card is stock. it is R350 core and it doesnt look burnt or anything. The card looks realy messed up

its used. I got it off a friend for like 30 bucks cuz he said its broke but ive had cards that do this but the normal doesnt fix this one.
