Q9450 Overclocking Results

I have had a Q9450 for about two months and I'm curious to see how others have fared. My cpu is not stable past 445 FSB even after flashing my ASUS P5E to Rampage BIOS. System specs are in profile. Post your results. I might be doing something wrong but I doubt it has something to do with voltages.

will be posting here soon cpu currently priming Q9450 3.8ghz at 1.368v and from what I'm seeing it's more about motherboard than anything else. My N/b is set to 1.65 for testing I have noticed you have to up your north bridge a bunch to get stable. According to my motherboard I'm still in the safe range for it in voltage aswell.

I can do 3.8 @ 1.400 stable on my P5E deluxe X48 any higher than that it get's too unstable. It booted at 3.85 but wouldn't pass prime.

Here's 3dmark06 run at 3.72 465x8

I have also found that the Q9450s don't need a high Vcore but they need NB voltage.

I am working on getting my Q9450 to be 100% stable at 3.8GHz. So far it can survive Prime95 for three hours with the Vcore at 1.360 under load.
