X3210 - OC - Temp - Need help
Hi guys, i am new here please help me out.
I currently got my X3210 to 3.4GHZ prime stable 10 hour + still going. ![]() My Question is: Is my Vcore and temp too high for 3.4GHZ? and is my system stable with 10h+ in prime? Thanks alot guys

Difficult to say, you will have to try, bottom line is once you hit the 70's C at load, it's gonna start getting toasty, I like to keep mine below 70 but 65nm can go upto the 80's.

He probably means the core temps. Use Realtemp to monitor your temps.

The Xeon G0 stepping Quads are 85c Tjunc, which is the center top side of your integrated heatsink, *the metal heatsink that's over your cores on your processor.
I normally like to keep mine under 50c personally, but with quads that's pretty rough. Yours is looking pretty good. Xeon > Core2
