What kind of device?

Is there a device that let you control your computer with a pen? Like an PDA. In this case, the pen will act like a mouse, which make it easier to draw.

Something that can simulate the mouse, but shape like a pen.

Yep, tablets come with a stylus. It looks like a big mouse pad. Essentially you can write/draw on it. Usually they're used for graphic/CAD design. Nice ones can get pretty expensive though.

Those Bamboo ones are very low end and may not have the accuracy that you're looking for (ie. image editing etc). If its just for writing stuff it would be fine.

It's not really detail drawing, I usually draw solid objects (logo), or copy images, drawing point to point, pen/path tool in PS. I only needs one that can move like a normal mouse, but it was hard to use a mouse, because of its shape...
Do you think it can handle what I said?

Not sure, I only used the Bamboo for a couple of minutes in a store display. A friend of mine bought one in the $100-$200 price range and he said it performs remarkably, very accurate and has heaps of drawing features that I know nothing about (I cant draw for the life of me ).
