Dell Studio 1535 odd keeps disapearing

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage....=1213046783444

Me and my dad picked up this laptop yesterday at my local bby because we had it for $636.
I formatted the sucker and installed vista ultimate x64 on it. Now the odd keeps disapearing from my computer.

Its a TSST CORP T633A D300 slim drive.

If we reboot the computer, it shows up. This is a little annoying since its new.

We have the Latest bios A04 and the lastest fw for the odd, even though you cant find it on samsungs site.

So how do i fix this?

ha, ha, i know what you mean. Our GM was a drunk.. Seriously she drank on the job and has come in hung over so many times. we got a new GM atm and she is pretty cool.

Customer Service does the worst job in are store i think.. they give us cables that are not even sealed and expect us to do what with them.. yeah we dont even know.
