I think the most surprising thing here is that you are running a motherboard that old and only wanting to upgrade the video card. No offence intended.

Tell us your complete specs, personally, depending on your CPU, I'd upgrade the motherboard then the GFX card.. But tell us your specs anyway.

Also @ Labetuss, set your sig to size 1

Any GeForce class vidcard would beat the crap out of a TNT card, even the GeForce 256 SDR, which I know from experience can work on AGP 1X. I know this because I had both video cards, and the TNT2 Ultra even at max OC couldn't get close to the stock GeForce.
Why would anyone "upgrade" to a vidcard that doesn't even have T&L support?

I even saw my old GeForce 256 SDR beat a NForce mobo with an integrated GeForce vidcard, (those were the good old days ).
Remember that integrated video cards use your system memory which is like 20 times slower than the video memory on non-integrated video cards.

Geforce 2 cards does not support 1x agp.

geforce 2 support agp 2x - 4x, geforce 3 support 2x - 4x

But the 32mb Geforce MX support's the 1x agp.

You're right about that, looks like the good ol' GeForce 256 DDR would be the better choice
