UBCD has some password removal tools that work awesome for XP. http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/forums...pic.php?t=1550. This is the beta version 5 but it works awesome. If you do not have a torrent client check out www.utorrent.com so you can download UBCD and then burn the iso to disk. Once burnt just boot from it and their you have all the magical tools.

If you can access the admin account through safe mode then all you have to do to remove the other account passwords is go into User Accounts in the control panel and either delete the accounts or, I'm not sure, remove the account passwords.

Then I recommend picking up the UBCD and running the NT password removal tool.
