Are these temps right? too high? or is there a prob?

Q9450 not overclocked yet, stock intel cooler, 80mm fan over processor to help vent air out
Ultra aluminumius full tower case with 120mm fan coolong hds (4) and 120mm sucking the air out. should I add another fan or what im getting on average 55C just running a few windows and a movie, not even during games?

thermal software used ?intel rad ?Vcore? eg:my q9450 watercooled ,vcore 1.21,cpu tcase 21°C,

System Specs

Use core temp and prime 95 to see what your temps are at 100% load.

Turn the 80mm fan around to blow in. Having it draw out will make it and the cpu fan fight to draw in the same air.

The fan of cpu cooler is taking air and pushing it thru the coolers fins the cooler over the cpu should blow air in direction of the cpu cooler not to take it out you starving yours cpu cooler for air.
