64 bit Vista Premium vs Ultimate

Looking to pick up a copy of Vista for my pc, though looking at prices I was suprised you can buy Vista 64 Home Premium for under a 100, while the 32bit still 200 retail and even more for ultimate, so what the catch? I don't really need the ultimate bonus features, so premium would be fine. Does it still support over 4 gig ram / Dx 10?

Any 64 bit OS will address all the Ram you can throw at it.

No need for ultimate save ya self some cash . If it's 64bit it will say on the disk and\or box. Just make sure it is before ordering.
