Reliable / Stable computer

Im going to build my brother a new computer and because im not there to service it for him 24/7 I would like something that is extremely reliable, but also fast. He also has a $950 budget. I have build several setups in the past but I took overclocking into consideration.

Any thoughts.

Are you in America ? Can you send a link to a few sites you normally shop from ? It would help me compile something for you.

that board/CPU/RAM/GPU combined make for a great stable OC/gaming rig and will allow for crossfire in the future and he can always upgrade the CPU at a later date. Also if he's wanting to get into OCing that board is a good starter for him too. Just update the BIOS asap
