Koolance Release Sneak Peak of their New Thermal Management System the TMS-200
A new thermal management software and hardware board is currently being developed by Koolance, called the TMS-200. No official information or specifications have been released yet, but Koolance have released an early screenshot of the main page of the thermal management software, to hint at what some of the new features are. It appears that not only will you have many temperature check points, but also be able to independantly control your pump and fan speeds dynamically from within your OS. We will have to wait and see what the final feature set and specifications are, along with availability and pricing. Koolance have setup a mail listing to be notified of the product's release here.

Its a hardware/software solution. I.e, this piece of software connects to your TMS-200 hardware board and gets the readings/controls, etc.
In theory the prog will be free, but you will need the hardware for it to connect to.

Nvidia tried something like this not too long ago (ESA) , you needed special hardware (mobo, PS, etc) that was compatible with the program for it to work
http://www.nvidia.com/object/nvidia_esa.html I think Silverstone is trying one too

I've been using the TMS-100 for over a year now. The TMS-100 was $100 USD and the software is free. I would expect the TMS-200 to be comparably priced. Some differences I can spot with this are that the TMS-200 appears to have control for 2 pumps where the TMS-100 can only control one. Also, it looks like the TMS-200 will have a couple of extra fan headers and about twice as many temperature headers as the TMS-100.
One thing I am curious about is how fan speed will be controlled. Currently the TMS-100 regulates all the fans equally based off one temperature reading (you can designate which temperature reading to use). I'm hoping the TMS-200 will provide a bit more versatility by allowing each fan to be individually controlled by a corresponding temperature reading. Also, for those that have never used the TMS-100, it has provisions to hard power-off your system if any temperature reading gets above a certain setting (that you designate) as well as if your pump flow rate goes below a certain setting (again, that you designate). All in all... it is a very versatile and powerful system. This newer version should be awesome!
