L4D and other Valve games flaky
All my Valve games have gone flaky in the last day. I start the game and I have no mouse pointer or it flickers on/off and I cannot select menu options, in some cases I cant even use keys to navigate to exit/quit game.. L4D, HL, Hl2 Ep2, Peggle are all affected but Far Cry nad Bio Shoch are not.
any ideas? |

Hmm, sounds like a driver issue. Have you changed anything?

Hmm, try reinstalling the video drivers. They may have gotten corrupted. Did you change the refresh rate of your monitor by chance?

I have not changed drivers since I tried to install Cat 8.12 drivers and had issues. I have not changed anything. I have found that running L4D and HL2 in window rather than full screen they work just fine.
I can live with this but It annoys me that something has changed but I cant figure it out?? I'll try the drivers |
