Help! is my laptop obsolete already?

i have the dell inspiron 1525. next week the 1545 comes out. does that make my 1525 obsolete? when a new model comes out, does that make the old one obsolete?

Just because a new model comes out, doesn't make it obsolete. Don't worry about it

No. I bought a mouse once and 1 day later a rev. 2 version came out. That doesn't make it old.
