Touchscreen problems in vista

I've got one of the two 15" touchscreens that my dad "acquired" from work when the company went into administration connected to my desktop, however vista doesn't have drivers for it by default, it asks me to go to the manufacturer's site and download them from there, just one problem the site's in chinese and I can't read it, any idea of where-else I could download drivers for a touchscreen? I'm not sure of the exact brand of the monitor so I'll post that back when I get home.

Can you not use a website translator to do the work...(I've got a link if you want one)

Other option;

Learn the chinese language

I'm not learning the chinese language to get a ruddy monitor working, I'd forgot there were things like that (was told about it by a friend 10 minutes ago who I asked too).
