inno3d 9600gt block pc during games

Hi all, thank for reply and sorry for elementar English. During all game my ghaphic card after 10-15 min circa of nerding block pc and i must restar with reset. Image and sound block.
pc:

Enermax 535w
asrock 1600d800
q6600
2g ddr2 kingstone
inno3d 9600gt accelero l1 1g ddr3

vga driver, vista, motherb. bios are updated.

All system temperature are normal except a little chip on vga (in photo) are veryvery hot i think 70°c, is it normal? thank for all reply!

ffs I'm getting sick of getting slammed with the dumb test at imageshack...

Well 70c is normal for a graphics card, but I would RMA the card anyway, it appears to be defective.
