New XFX HD 4850

So I bought this card recently, and thus far it has done great. However, i have a problem. I updated Catalyst software, and now it is screwing up Fallout 3. I used to play it really well with 8.11.
Settings where
High w/ LOD mostly up 90% or so, and same for object draw. 45 - 60FPS ( outside rivet city at that)
Now i get a lot of tearing and all sorts of stuff is glitching. Anyone else have this problem?

Another Problem is that when i try to moderately overclock the card it still says current values are stock. . . ?

Edit: I'm running 4 AA samplings, and 13 AF

I'm using a different ATI card, 4870 x2. My suggestion is try 8.12 (if you're on 9.1) or rollback to 8.11. Unless you like the newer driver for a certain reason, try a full removal with the proper tools and reinstall.

The install files that you originally had that were working for you should still be in C:/ATI or maybe c:/ATI/Support....just remove your cats you dont like then got to the above locataion and run the Setup.exe
