The white picture is just to show the lightning\shadow - dont look at my low frame rate, doing work at the same time as its running It really looks amazing seeing all those small creatures walking around in the distance!

Except for the lighting on the slopes and those characters' shadows, it looks very DX7-RPG-ish to me. I guess it looks better when actually run, than in the screenshots. Won't it run in a DX10 compatibility mode or something?

Is it 16:10 supportive? I might try it when I get home. Is it a game or what?

Yeah, in the screens it looks a little old'ish. But when its actualy running it looks amazing! Loads and loads of details everywhere! it uses tesselation in a really clever way. everyone with a 48xx card should try it out!

And no, it dosent run on dx10 its a dx10.1 tech demo.

*odd that an old thread will be re-awakened... anywho*

Soldier-
They are, they were used in Assassins Creed until Nvidia paid Ubisoft to remove the patch. The patch made Assassins Creed run 15-30% better in all areas of the game on ATI hardware which put ATI in the lead in many cases.

Btar-
No. It uses DX10.1 Code with no fall-backs.

Shame on Ubisoft for being a sell out......too bad all the ATI owners didnt know we could of bombarded them with complaints.
